Music Ministry & Outreach
Worship Team, worshiping the Lord in Spirit and Truth and Special Music, that God has anointed for some singers & musicians to share His Word through music.
Other opportunities for Outreach Ministry may include home fellowships, nursing homes, support mission & mission trips, youth rallies, pro-life rallies & street evangelism, just to name a few. "Come let us sing for joy to the Lord; Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation." Psalm 95:1
Fellowship Discipleship Ministry
Small Group Fellowships includes Men's Fellowship on the 1st Saturday of the month at 8 a.m. and Jr. & Sr. High Youth Group and Discipleship Classes. Small Group Ministry includes worship team & dance team and Prayer Ministries (our staff is always available for prayer & payer requests); and Biblical Counseling (Pastoral counsel is available to all ages). "Listen to advice and accept instruction, and in the end you will be wise." Proverbs 19:20
Discovering Church Membership
is a 4-hour class that is required for those who wish to join Community Christian Center. Topics that are discussed are the four things that unite us as a local church body: Our Salvation; Our Statements, Our Story, and Our Structure. A yellow brochure will acquaint you with more information.
Children & Youth Ministry
Our goal for our Nursery & Sunday School Department is to equip the "young saints" with a Biblical foundation of the saving grace of Jesus Christ and help them to become faithful doers of the Word, applying it to every aspect of life. The complete Gospel message is conveyed with intent to inspire them to understand & apply God's Word to their lives. "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6
Missions Ministry
This ministry includes Evangelism: Christ said, "Go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature...". It is our desire to equip you for the task & prayerfully provide opportunities like picnics, luncheons, etc. Missions: we are called by Christ to be the "salt of the earth", a "light to the world", and "fishers of men." and our Lending Library has CD’s of our services for purchase or loan plus books, tapes, CD's & videos to check-out.
Our Leadership Ministry
Our church leadership ministry consists of Pastor, Elders, Church Secretary, Deacons (property, building, audio/visual and service), Music Director, Church Custodians, Sunday School Superintendent, Nursery Coordinator, Dance Team Leader, Youth Directors, Communion Steward, Librarian & Historian.
Stepping Stones is a 4-step process to prepare and equip you for ministry in and through Community Christian Center. The 4-steps are; Discovering Church Membership; Our Foundations 1&2; plus "Discover My Ministry". Our foundation courses are based on a book called "Bible Studies For a Firm Foundation" by Bob & Rose Weiner.
